Return & Refund Policy
O2G will render a refund if the gift (s) is not what you expected. A refund request must be submitted within 7 days upon receipt of delivery. You can notify us at only2@only2gifts.com to submit a request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. All tags/labels must be attached and in its original packaging. The refund will not be issued if it is not in accordance with the above policy. O2G is not able to refund original shipping and/or exchange shipping costs.
If you receive damaged gifts, then contact us at only2@only2gifts.com no later than three days of receipt of delivery with an explanation of damages noted.
